We are a real estate investment team. We buy homes to refurbish and sell to mostly single-family households. We supply non-traditional methods of financing in order for you to choose the best strategy for your needs. At this time we purchase homes in the Georgia, Alabama, and the Florida areas. Many of our clients choose the rent with option to buy method. This method offers non-stringent opportunities that gives our clients flexibility to choose if they want to buy at a later date. We also rent our properties as well, for those clients who desire not to own their home. 1st Family Properties motto is, "Be the First". So let us make you the 1st in your family to own property.

Our Philosophy
We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to own their home. Although many of our economic circumstances are different, it should not prevent anyone to pursue home ownership. The banks use one strategy - a high FICO credit score. They do not consider the difficulties that single-family households must endure in order to make ends meet. For some single-family households, robbing from Peter to pay Paul is the only way to get the bills paid. Even though many single-family households work hard and have jobs with tenure, they still fall short for traditional home loan qualifications. But!
